About the Role
LazerNetworks is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee our project delivery and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, operational efficiency, and team leadership. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Contracts Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and upholding our commitment to quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery and Efficiency: Ensure projects are delivered on time, safely, and to the highest quality
Team Management and Development: Build and nurture a competent, engaged team; hold regular oneto-one meetings with field engineers, and monthly team meetings to discuss various topics. Champion staff
Operational Processes and Continuous Improvement: Innovate working practices for maximum
Financial Oversight: Manage operational costs within agreed budgets and provide updated budget
Communication and Collaboration: Foster open communication channels, especially with remote team
Quality Assurance: Strive for a zero-defect quality environment, conducting regular field quality checks
Client and External Relations: Manage client relationships, address client concerns promptly, and oversee
Resource Management and Coordination: Oversee the daily activities of engineers, allocate resources
